Gets Hotel Semarang, Semarang

The hotel was very large, but being right beside the elevator and constantly hearing people up and down the hall throughout the night until late was not nice. The walls were thin, making it possible to hear conversations outside and even the doorbell next door.

The hotel room was spacious but unfortunately right beside the elevator and noisy hallway with giggling guests late at night and early in the morning. The smoking room was not clean and had a strong smell of smoke. Despite being fully booked at check-in, I had to relocate to a smoking room.

The hotel is conveniently located, making it easy to get a taxi or Grab and go wherever you want, but the noise level from the thin walls and proximity to the elevator can be bothersome. The rooms are comfortable, despite being not very clean and having a lingering smell of smoke. The service is a mixed bag - while the staff is kind, helpful, and friendly, there were some issues with the wrong items being collected. The dining experience offers a good variety of traditional food, though there is room for improvement in taste. In terms of facilities, the hotel has the necessary amenities but may not provide the best value for money overall.
